The physics club at Adelphi University is great! Today’s event was Astronomy Night. We had about 20-30 students there – enough that I lost count.

We got a good look at Jupiter and Saturn tonight. We saw titan in orbit around Saturn which was a treat for me – I had never seen that before.

Soon we will be doing a once a week observing session. I would have liked to have done it sooner but the RA motor is kaput and we are sending it in for a repair and tune up.
