Through a bizarre set of circumstances I get to teach physics 1 lab for the first time ever during the semester this year. I teach it during the summer every year, but it is usually too rushed. There isn’t too much room for working with the students on their reports. There I focus on mostly on whether or not they understand what they are doing. But during the semester, I have them writing brief concise reports with a sketch and a few graphs.

Today their sketches just blew me away! How much fun??!! Okay maybe they are a little too much fun for Physical Review Letters, but I don’t think so. These are some of my Wednesday morning sketches from the Free Fall lab.
