Friday

This week seemed hopeless. I even said “How the Crap Is this Only February?” on this blog. To which Prof Clara Bauler replied:

Clara and I always seem to be on the same page. So I reached out to her with advice telling her to work out (i.e. go for a run or a walk). So lame, I know. But then I decided to take that advice myself. Shit it worked. Worry went down. Stress went down. Sleep happened. And now I am excited about zoning out this weekend because some how I got all the big things done. (Even though there is multiple shit storms hanging over my head.)

Joy

I miss Lindy Hop so darn bad! I have been watching this video everyday over and over and it has helped. There is so much wonderful joy in this video. I can’t wait to dance again.
