I don’t know if you remember me telling you that I wanted to be a dentist. I took your […] Physics 1 Summer course, and I had a little story I wanted to share with you. I just started shadowing with a dentist, and i’ve been observing different procedures everyday. I realized that when he explains things to me, he used so many concepts we learned in physics, and I was standing there shocked that “wow, I really had to learn physics to be able to understand all this”!! Felt super lucky to have taken the class prior to starting. I never knew how much physics went into dentistry!
