Students will grab sandwiches and eat in one of the open locations in the department; spread yourselves around. Alumns Brian and Martin will zip around and chat with students while they eat. Senior students please feel free to join myself, Chip and Jason in the conference room.

7:10 – 7:30 Light Lab Tours

Brendon, Mara, Mateo, and Paul will lead our VIPs through lab tours of research labs.

7:30 – 8:30 Official board meeting begins

Students will be broken into three groups: first years, upper classmen, and seniors. Each group will go into a different lab. Two of the labs will be set up for video conferencing and one room will be for in-person discussion. Each group of students will have a free form discussion for 20 minutes and then will move on to the next room. And this process will continue until everyone has had an opportunity to speak with everyone.

This is primarily an in-person event for students. If a student is off site and would like to join for limited amount of time virtual, please reach out to James St. John.

Virtual VIP guests, James will assign you to the correct room when you join around 7:30.
