All scientists need to improve their scientific computational skills. It is just an awesome tool to become an expert on. And it WILL improve your career prospects. Come take my class. Check out my comments to each of the majors below.

It will be hard. You will get a good grade if you work hard. There will be math, blood, sweat, and tears. And in the end, you will be a badass who can tackle problems that seem impossible with a computer. Sounds like a life changing class. Check this video from one of our alums:

Physics Majors: This is a must take elective class. You will learn a ton.

Chemistry Majors: If you want to do any data analysis or physical chemistry this class will change your life.

Neuroscience, Biology and All Other Majors: All of the EKG brain stuff involves process information with a computer. Processing data of fish swimming up river, MATLAB. This class will help your career. This class does assume some level of math that you do not likely have. So let’s chat. We can tailor aspects of your experience in the class to your major. I love learning about what you all do. And then modeling it with math.

Math and CS Majors: Let’s put all the theory into practice and solve some meaty science problems.
