It’s time to start looking for internships and REUs for the summer time. BE AGGRESSIVE! Here is some super simple advice:

• Who should be applying EVERYONE! Freshman, Apply. Sophomores, Apply. Juniors, Apply. Seniors, Apply.
• Adelphi Physics will have a few opportunities! Please Apply, apps will be out Feb 4ish! Freshman Please Apply! Even if the first semester was rough. You can’t get opportunities unless you apply!!
• There are a ton of websites out there to help you find stuff. I like this one: https://reulist.herokuapp.com/
• Apply to 10 or so things.

LISTEN, if you ask me for a letter and I say yes, do not worry about asking me (or any other professor) multiple times for a letter. Most of the time is spent in writing the first letter. In general, we want to write these things for you!!!
