I love James St. John! He worked for me as a student for two years and a lab coordinator for three. But already at such a young age he has done so many other cool things too. He is now one year deep in his PhD program in material science at Stony Brook! Optics + Material Science = AMAZING!

I am so appreciative that he came to Adelphi this Friday to chat with our first year students. He gave some amazing life advice in this week’s first year seminar. It was perfect. The students were all happy after. Plus I got to take him out to lunch and catch up with him. I am happy he is having amazing success, but I do miss him. Its like getting to hang with the little brother I never had.

Anyone else want to come and chat with the first years? Let me know.
