Adelphi University has been partnering with the West Hempstead School district on the 21st century project. Three of our physics students have been helping out with this project this summer. Today I got to stop in at George Washington Elementary and see Kylie leading a group of sevethn graders through a bridge building actitivity. Down the hall Victoria was leading fifth graders in an egg drop competition. It was an excellent day. Some of the pictures I took are below.
