Today our Physics Department, Physics Club, and cSTEP got together to smash some pumpkins in the name of science. It was a hoot! We also had some hot apple cider. Who doesn’t love liquid nitrogren too? Pictures below:

A specical thanks goes to (Hopefully I got everyone):

  • Luis Rodriguez for setting up the event.
  • Victoria Wynter for working with the cSTEP students.
  • Martha Giraldo Riordan and cSTEP for bringing more wonderful amazing students.
  • Chemistry for providing the liquid nitrogren
  • Public Safety for setting up the area for us
  • Kylie Goldade for getting the apple cider
  • Matt Goodman for getting the pumpkins
