Listing to the audio is interesting. Arkansas Symphony Orchestra goes big by connecting to the commuity. They do this by inviting the community to play their grand piano, big windows so people can watch the orchestra practice, playing pop culture concerts, and playing classical music (often from composers in the community). And they are building a $12 Million home. All this to turn a struggling orchestra into a success! AMAZING!!

This is the exact arguement I make for Colleges and Universities in my recent book Sustaining Colleges and Universities through Community. People have to see inside and see for themsleves that it is a place for them.
