Adelphi Chemistry Professor I. F. Dempsey Hyatt and I share a lot in common. We both started as research scientists but over the last few years, we both have begun writing. For me, its non-fiction. For Dempsey, its science fiction.

Another thing we have in common, we are both giant pains in the butts!

I also had the opportunity to mentor Professor Hyatt’s research student while he was on sabbatical last year.

It only costs $3. That is exactly what I wanted to do when I wrote my book last year. I thought the $3-$8 price range was ideal. Too bad the publisher put the price tag at like $80!
