It has been a great start to the APS Global Summit. While my favorite part of the conference – the vendor show – hasn’t even started yet there have already been some exciting news.

Kylie asked a question!

I am so proud of Kylie Goldade. Last night at an APS town hall, I was biting my nails going back and forth on whether I should contribute my two cents. But Kylie went for it. She asked a good question about DEI and physics. And was super witty and got some laughs. Go Kylie!

Session Chair this Morning

I love being a session chair! But it consumed a lot of energy.
