I was so honored to be invited to Mineola High School’s Pathways to Professions event today. I was invited to speak to high school students about careers in Higher Education and STEM research. As expected, the students were interested all types of careers.

My two peices of advice to the students is always:

1 Take as much math and physics as you can

2. Do hard things so you can gain skills and learn life lessons
