I am so honored that my workshop Be A Shark: The secret sauce for success after school will be held at the AAAS S-STEM Meeting in Washington DC on October 10, 2026. I have been doing this workshop for a couple of years with SPS (society of physics students) and associated conferences and workshops. It is nice to be able to break out of the mold and get to share my message with a new audience.

It’s a super fun workshop! We learn about the do/don’ts of the job search and how to network. We also get to play a fun game which usually has everyone laughing, having a good time, and putting everything to use.
