The Cathedral of the Incarnation has an amazing event going on for the next few weeks.  It is the Gaia exhibit.  https://www.incarnationgc.org/visit/gaia/  They have events scheduled for the next couple of weeks.  You got to check it out.  The pictures are going to be amazing.

Listen this isn’t your normal “church” related event.  Check these videos:  https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1HkYvMudFR/

You might remember the moon exhibit from last year.

And this newspaper article from the Garden City paper.

So I am excited because my team will be futured in two different events.  Today, let’s focus on the first one.  Come see our panel discussion this Wednesday at 6:30pm.

I am going to be talking about building thirdspaces in the community with Mayor Finneran and Dean Sniffen.  (Look these people up, they are amazing!)  This is going to be such a fun event.

Both the Cathedral and Adelphi University have made serious efforts to connect with the general community outside of their walls and traditional historical modes of operation.  This is exactly the kind of activities we need to rebuild after some difficult trying world events (e.g., pandemic).

And the catalyst for this discussion is my book, Sustaining Colleges and Universities through Community. Is that awesome! I am so lucky!
